Hey I did find the correct answer for this as “The softwire concentrator (SC) decapsulates softwire packets” given on dumps however after going through youtube section available on above URL i am sure correct ans is “The softwire is an IPv4 tunnel over an IPv6 network.

Took the exam yesterday afternoon and PASSED finally. I have been studying for 5 months and heavy studying for the last 2 weeks.
