      Please read your own link

“Uninstall-WindowsFeature : An uninstallation prerequisite step failed duringthe removal of AD-Domain-Services, and uninstallation cannot continue.1. The domain controller needs to be demoted before the Active DirectoryDomain Services Role can be uninstalled.”

You need to run Uninstall-DomainController first, and that’s not a option

YOu can use ntdsutil to do it “manually”

hmm my link is for removal of domain, and not DC.

Still Uninstall-WindowsFeature will fail, if you do not run Uninstall-DomainController first. there is even a screenshot on the link MCSE03378 posted.

dcpromo /forceremoval would be another way, but this is not a avaliable option either
