You need to run Uninstall-DomainController first, and that’s not a option

hmm my link is for removal of domain, and not DC.
Still Uninstall-WindowsFeature will fail, if you do not run Uninstall-DomainController first. there is even a screenshot on the link MCSE03378 posted.
dcpromo /forceremoval would be another way, but this is not a avaliable option either

I guess the key word here is “manually”
Not a very fair question as no one would uninstall AD this way unless all else failed.
