1.Log on to the computer using administrator account.
2.Assuming that Microsoft Windows 7 is installed on the computer, click the Start button.
3.From the displayed Start menu, click the Devices and Printers option.
4.On the opened window, under the Printers and Faxes section, click to select the target printer.
5.Once selected, from the top of the window, under the address bar, click the Print server properties button.
6.On the opened Print Server Properties box, go to the Advanced tab.
7.From the bottom of the displayed interface, click the Change Advanced Settings button.
8.In the displayed box that appears next, in the Spool folder field, type the path of the target location where you want the printer spooler to spool the documents.
