    you can use the status to completely neglect user/computer settings. in this case we can use status to neglect the user seetting and apply just the computer settings

    Stupid admin is right.
    I looked up GPO status and it has four settings:
    -Enabled
    -User Configuration Settings Disabled.
    -Computer Configuration Settings Disabled.
    -All Settings Disabled.

    Loopback processing mode has two modes: replace and merge. It is intended to overrule a user specific setting with computer settings that apply to the same area’s.
