You are using the 184.108.40.206/16 multicast address range for SSM applications in your network.
However, since you have deployed SSM in your network, SAP/SDP application communications
have not been functioning properly.
What must you do to allow the SSM and SAP/SDP applications to function properly?
Use the 220.127.116.11/3 address range for SAP/SDP applications.
Use the 18.104.22.168/B address range for SSM applications.
Use the 22.214.171.124/16 address range for SAP/SDP applications.
Use the 126.96.36.199/16 address range for SSM applications

SAP/SDP use 188.8.131.52:9875
Source-Specific Multicast (SSM) group operations use the default IP address range of 184.108.40.206 through 220.127.116.11.
So that means B is correct.
since Default SSM group multicast address is range is from 18.104.22.168 through 22.214.171.124
By default, SAP listens to the address and port 126.96.36.199:9875 for session advertisements. To add other addresses or pairs of address and port, include one or more listen statements.
To enable SAP and the receipt of session announcements, include the sap statement:
listen address ;
* means you can change the default .–> “B” is reasonable answer
