    Why would time needed to build and test the stories be a factor when setting an iteration length, since the length of an iteration should remain fixed and is not subject to needs of the team, experience may be a contributing factor.
    The correct answer is indeed B

    the cost to deliver the features to market, = Sponsor willingness
    and product team acceptance of the stories = PO/customer

    whereas Delivering chunks of user-valued functionality, time needed to build and test the stories; this is done by velocity calculation
