Certkiller has a hardware conference bridge and a software conference bridge. Remote devices should only be allowed to use the hardware conference bridge, while devices at the main site should be able to use the software conference bridge if the hardware conference bridge is unavailable. All devices should be able to access the existing transcoders and MTPs.
