    Incorrect. Answer is D.

    If SR-IOV is enabled, you cannot disable it after the creation of the virtual NIC. The only solution is to Remove Switch1 and configure it as a private network (to connect to the other VM’s only)

    As stated in previous answers:

    The Virtual Switch Manager console displays the following warning: “SR-IOV can only be configured when the virtual switch is created. An external virtual switch with SR-IOV enabled cannot be converted to an internal or private switch.
