Its not possible to rename a site collection, you should backed up delete it and created again using the new domain, the another options doesn´t make sense too

As far as I know, crrently the site collection URLs are fixed as https://tenant.sharepoint.com and cannot be changed: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/change-the-sharepoint-online-domain-name-for-your-organization-576325ad-8c40-4fe8-8a63-68c3b7d536cf?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US
