I think correct- No Hyper-V isolation mentioned, so Hyper-V not needed.

Needs docker installed

After reading the docs again, I must say that my first answer is indeed incorrect.
The Hyper-V role is only needed if you are to use the Hyper-V Container.
Since its not used for Hyper-V, its not needed to install the Hyper-V role.
Therefor I think its correct what Peter says.
But the correct order in my opinion is:
1) Install Docker
2) Install Container
3) Install Base Container image.

As explained in the link you’ve posted “To install Docker we’ll use the OneGet provider PowerShell module. The provider will (first) enable the containers feature on your machine and (then) install Docker – this will require a reboot.”
So the correct order must be:
1 – containers feature
2 – Docker
3 – Base container image

The correct answer is :

When you install docker, hyper-v is installaed automatically (at least in windows 10)
