How about Global vs Domain?
Does the line “multiple domains” mentioned in the question have any significance?
Andrea’s post above states that for Windows Server AD, Domain Admin creds are essential… but it goes on to say that Global Admin creds in required for the ‘Cloud Service’.
Another question with no straight forward response in the documentation from MS. Grrrr!!!
