No the answer is correct. ReplInterval has to be set to a multiple of 15 minutes, with a minimum of 15 minutes and a maximum of 1 week, so it can’t be reduced to less than 15 minutes.

From “Options Attribute” Input the Value of “1”. It will change to 0x1=(USE_NOTIFY).
This means you turned on AD Change notification. This will lead to propergate the changes to the remote site same frequency of within the site.
