Open the settings window for the virtual machine. From Hyper-V Manager, right-click the virtual machine and click Settings.
In the left pane, under Hardware, click Memory.
On the Memory page, under Memory Management, review the amount of RAM listed under Static.

Also. . . it depends on server version?? Well we are taking a 2012 r2 top up exam here.

When the virtual machine is paused or running and Dynamic Memory is not enabled, this amount of physical memory is available exclusively to the virtual machine. This memory is referred to as static memory because the amount stays the same regardless of fluctuations in memory demands. No other virtual machine can use this memory unless this virtual machine is turned off.
