re: ‘C’ as an answer, I’ve never seen any prompt “to run a script to upgrade vSphere Client”. URL provided above doesn’t really clarify anything.
I think the only way to arrive to ‘C’ is the method of exclusion as all other answers are more incorrect than ‘C’…

I’ve never seen anything regarding running a “script” when you need to update the legacy C# client. The question should say ‘…to run an executable to upgrade…’
