    A – Retention policies are to do with emails being retained for a certain time within an active users mailbox.
    B – How long do you want to keep a disconnected mailbox for?
    C – How long do you want to keep deleted items (emails for example) for?
    D – This is incase of database corruption, the entire database can be rolled back.
