    C is right. I think the fact it says you must minimize cost is just to try to trick you…

    D – •WNLB doesn’t detect service outages. WNLB only detects server outages by IP address

    A – CAS arrays are a 2010 feature

    B – this would not detect services, even if a server was down altogether it would still try to communicate with it.
