    The fact it asks for 3 answers makes me agree with the answer provided. If you allowed the DAG to automatically select the file share witness, it would choose any CAS server, then you would only need to add the members and nothing else.
    If you want to use another server as the witness, you need to give the security group specified permissions to the server and then create the DAG and then add the members.

      If they are combined role servers it wouldnt be able to choose the CAS role as the witness. It would still fail quorum. There is an implied member server on the network named Server 1 that you have to use.
