Does anyone have confirmation if this question is right or wrong?

I look upon this, and everywhere says that the root dns zone is called “.”, but every dump that I find state that the answer is “root”

I did this in my lab environment and it appears that D is the correct answer. When I created the new primary zone and named it “.” (without the quotation marks), the zone showed up as “.(root)”. When I created a primary zone called “root”, it just showed up as “root”.
