    You would enter the MAC address of SR09 into the Deny filter on SR07 to ensure that SR07 does not issue SR09 an IP address.

    A is incorrect because you would need to add the MAC address of SR09 and ALL of the other devices in your environment to the Allow filter to ensure that SR07 issues an IP address to SR09. Any computer not listed in the Allow filter will not receive an IP address from DHCP (if the Allow filter is enabled).

    C and D are both incorrect as the question does not state that SR09 needs to acquire a constant IP address (via a Reservation), and static IP addressing is not done through DHCP.
