    question is a bit wonky as it states you have already installed the FRSM role?

    File and Storage Services != File Server Resource Manager.

    This does make sense when you log onto a server and go to add a role. File and Storage services is the top category whereas FSRM is kind of a sub role when you expand file and storage services.
