date (yyyy-mm) that the naming authority took ownership of the domain
reversed domain name of the authority (e.g. org.alpinelinux, com.example, to.yp.cr)
Optional “:” prefixing a storage target name specified by the naming authority.

On the iSCSI Initiator Properties, select the Targets tab, on Quick Connect on the Target’s field, introduce the FQDN of the Target server, which in this case the answer is server3.adatum.com. If the question mentioned “Discovered targets” then the answer qould be the “IQN”.

The second part of the question, when configuring the targets properties you’ll be asked to configure Initiators ID’s, which makes that the correct answer.
