Nope, you’re half right. You can set roaming profile in the same path as folder redirection, but you have to set this explicitly either in the User account properties, or via GPO. By default, folder redirection does not store appdata roaming profiles. If you’re only picking one answer and making just one change, C is the right answer. This is where all your settings, including start menu etc, are stored. Other test versions agree with this as well.

Really poor question.
It comes down to best practice, which in this case is subjective.
-Easily apply App Data folder redirection through GP. Allows user profile to automatically create folder with ABE enabled so only they can access it.
OR
-Manually set users Profile (app data) location through user properties. Create each folder and its share/ntfs settings manually.
I would choose B. Because it’s MS and the key is to work off keywords they use, of the two it’s probably best to go with C.
