    Uinstall-WindowsFeature Server-Gui-Mgmt-Infra converts to Server Core instalation
    Uninstall-WindowsFeature Server-Gui-Shell converts to Minimal Server Interface

    Agree with Jony, explanation is misleading.

    The question states the BOTH GUI-Shell and Infrastructure (gui-mgmt-infra) are removed leaving you with server core and a command prompt only on server 2. Since the shutdown command is not specified as an answer that leaves you with Sconfig to shut it down locally

    Server Manager can reboot or shutdown a remote server that has been added to it.
