      direct route is exported to RIP group both neighbor ge-0/0/1 and ge-0/0/0 by policy-statement “RIP-EXP” so neighbor should receive direct route.

      Am i correct?

      The default RIP export policy is to advertise nothing. In this case R3 does not re-advertise the networks it learns from R1 via RIP to R4. This is also happening from R4’s perspective.

    It’s possible that in the network is not using the best ways to share the prefixes however they are shared because they is ping end to end. Now, for to exist load balancing through equal cost paths, you need load balancing policy.
