      B and C are correct.
      A is incorrect. BGP is different from other protocols in how it makes its choice. The higher the LocalfPref the better.By default, Localpref is 100. If you make 120 for neighbor .6 then it will chose that one always first.
      B is correct- It will leave neighbor .10 at 100 making it the choice always.
      C is correct, it makes R3 the primary choice by making the Localpref for its routes received to 120.
      D is incorrect because it now makes R3 less desirable and R2 the primary choice.
      B and C are the only two correct Choice.
