where is the mention of assigning the address to a host? Question was a simple question. Are you suggesting that a broadcast address cannot be a destination address? I just fail to see why your comment. I guess you just wanted readers to know that. Ok.

Answer D is right like the friend traffikator says.

The question is referring to reach this broadcast address. Don’t get confuse with Answer A, 192.168.1.128/28 range is .128-.143 (including NetIP and Broadcast IP). So 192.168.1.159 is out of range of this network range.
