    There are only two addresses listed here. 192.168.1.0 corresponds to the “network address” and not a “host address”. You can tell this because it ends in .0 and that correlates to the net mask. The other address is 192.168.1.10 which looks like your host’s private IP address assigned to you on this network. There should also be a third address listed that ends in .1 such as 192.168.1.1 which would correspond to the internal address of the default gateway. Basically, the default gateway is the very first “hop” all packets from your host gets sent to on its way to the internet. Without the default gateway explicitly defined, your packets never make it to the router and thus never make it to the network or Internet.
