    I think, thats wrong and A is the answer.
    B/C you will make it twice reliable if you add each DC to the server list in “Store”-Section.
    So I think A is the correct answer.

    You cannot add a Delivery Controller in “Receiver for Web” site in StoreFront console.
    You can just add it in “Stores” section.
