   First off it may help if we had a better idea of what each of the above was and how it fits into VMWARE

   The Virtual Machine Communication Interface (VMCI) is an infrastructure that provides fast and efficient communication between a virtual machine and the host operating system and between two or more virtual machines on the same host

   VMware® Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS) aggregates computing capacity across a
   collection of servers into logical resource pools and intelligently allocates available resources among the virtual machines based on pre-defined rules

   Fault Tolerance (FT) provides continuous availability for applications in the event of server failures

   VMware HA (High Availability) is a utility that eliminates the need for dedicated standby hardware and software in a virtualized environment

   VMware® VMotion™ enables the live migration of running virtual machines from one physical server to another with zero downtime, continuous service availability, and complete transaction integrity

   Now most of us know this but I hate abbreviations in questions as there can always be some confusion between technologies and disciplines

   So what can you use

   Normally when using DirectPath I/O there are some major drawbacks in the fact that you loose a lot of functionality, such as vMotion, HA, DRS, Snapshots & suspend/resume. This is not the case with DirectPath I/O with VM-FEX. This is because a VM can switch from High-Performance mode back to Standard mode when it needs to perform a feature where DirectPath I/O is not support, say like a vMotion.

   Cisco Unified Computing Systems (UCS) through Cisco Virtual Machine Fabric Extender (VM-FEX) distributed switches support the following features for migration and resource management of virtual machines which use DirectPath I/O:

   vMotion
   Hot adding and removing of virtual devices
   Suspend and resume
   High availability
   DRS
   Snapshots

   So if it support these then the answer must be A and C
