I think E is a better choice, because the vCenter limit for a DVS is
Version 4.0 max ports per DVS = 8,192
Version 4.1 max ports per DVS = 20,000
Version 5.0 max ports per DVS = 30,000
Version 5.5 max ports per DVS = 60,000

In Cisco UCS, 4096 is the maximum number of ports that can be associated per DVS with a port profile.

“The maximum number of ports that can be associated with a single distributed virtual switch (DVS) is 4096. If the DVS has only one associated port profile, that port profile can be configured with up to 4096 ports. However, if the DVS has more than one associated port profile, the total number of ports associated with all of those port profiles combined cannot exceed 4096.”

the answer is E. The question ask about VMware vCenter DVS, not Cisco UCS Manager DVS

VMware vCenter carries a default limitation of 8192 vDS ports per DVS. Cisco UCS Manager also has
a limitation of 4096 ports per DVS. Assuming that user has reached the 4096 limit in Cisco UCS Manager,
this will actually consume 5336 ports on the VMware vCenter side (including deleted-pg, uplink-pg, and
other implicitly created port-profiles). The remaining ports left can be consumed by adding hosts to the
    DVS.
