   EIGRP vs OSPF.

   All Network engineer will probably prefer OSPF. But to answer this question, you need to know that EIGRP keep loop free routes (feasible sucessors) in its topology table. When the primary route (sucessor) goes away the feasable sucessor can be immediately installed into the RIB and FIB While OSPF would have to first signal with LSAs, then run SPF calculation, then update the RIB and FIB.

   so answer B.
