    This question sucks.

BPDU DISABLES the port it does not go into a “Blocked state.” Blocked state suggests that it could then start listening and move to forwarding state once BPDUs are not longer received like with spanning tree. However it cannot. Sure its blocking, but only because it is literally disabled.

“PortFast BPDU guard prevents loops by moving a nontrunking port into an ERRDISABLE state when a BPDU is received on that port.

BPDU guard provides a secure response to invalid configurations because the administrator must MANUALLY PUT THE INTERFACE back in service.”
