It’s D because B only lets you specify whether you want to do single or multi-AZ deploy. It’s a worthless question because who cares what page it is on. You have to specify the AZ. Who cares about the page names in the provisioning dialogue.
Now just because it is a worthless question does not mean it won’t be on the test.

B. Details page. Read this doc or try it out in Free Tier.
I tried this out on the free tier and the prompt for AZ was in the Network & Security section of the Configure Advanced Settings page.
Interestingly enough, if you set a multi-AZ instance, the AZ dropdown menu is greyed out and you do not get to pick the two AZ for your primary and secondary.

DB Engine Version
DB Instance Class

something is wrong with the answers
you have only:
Specify the DB Details that could be = to DB INSTANCE DETAILS but here you cannot select the AZ to use.
and
Configure Advanced Settings that could be = ADDITIONAL CONFIGURATION and here you can select the AZ if multi-az is not selected.
I would say D but the ADDITIONAL CONFIGURATION is not present in the console
