AWS-Conquerorsays:
Correct answer should be “B. False.”
Amazon S3 provide read-after-write consistency for PUTS
of new objects for ALL regions since 2015.
“Amazon S3 now supports read-after-write consistency for new objects added to Amazon S3 in US Standard region. Prior to this announcement, all regions except US Standard supported read-after-write consistency for new objects uploaded to Amazon S3. With this enhancement, Amazon S3 now supports read-after-write consistency in all regions for new objects added to Amazon S3. Read-after-write consistency allows you to retrieve objects immediately after creation in Amazon S3.”
I would say A (true) is correct!
The question is asking if read-after-write constistency for PUTS is supported in all regions except US standard
and that’s the case, isn’t is?
Because when you say “read-after-write consistency for PUTS is supported in ALL regions” this includes “all regions except US standard”

agree with Carl
there is no “except” or “without” So A is correct
I hope that this question is a paraphrase of the original because it is poorly worded. Read-after-write consistency for PUTS is supported in ALL regions.
I can’t tell if this question is trying to exclude US regions or just poorly word that all other regions can also accomplish this.
