Image is fine in the answer.

I just finished setting up 7 VPN servers with a template. The Shared Secret if fine among all the servers but in my scenario I had to setup each one by FQDN.

You create the Radius Clients by template. Then go into he Radius Clients and one by one clear the ‘Select and Existing Template’ and the Friendly Name them, FQDN or statically ip address them, change the Shared Secret Template or Manually Specify.
