A)DHCP Guard: allows you to specify whether DHCP server messages coming from a VM should be dropped.
B)Port Mirroring: traffic sent to or from a Hyper-V Virtual Switch port is copied and sent to a mirror port. There are a range of applications for port mirroring – an entire ecosystem of network visibility companies exist that have products designed to consume port mirror data for performance management, security analysis, and network diagnostics.
    C) Router Guard: allows you to specify whether the router advertisement and redirection messages from unauthorized VMs should be dropped..
D)MAC address: allows you to specify whether a VM is allowed to change its source MAC address for outgoing packets.
If you have a VM for which you want to allow MacAddressSpoofing, you can enable it using the following cmdlet: Set-VMNetworkAdapter –VMName MyVM –MacAddressSpoofing On

“If you use Unicast mode All virtual machines should have minimum two network adapter. One of them for NLB networking. Because NLB configuration is changing MAC address of netwrok adapter to the nlb MAC address.
For NLB network adapter you should configure a “Enable spoofing of MAC addresses” option in to the virtual machine settings.”
