    I think correct answer should be A
    GPO Status should be set to “User configuration settings disabled” thus only computer configuration settings will be applied to all client computers because GPO GP1 is linked to domain and not to particular OU.

    Group Policy loopback processing mode has nothing common with the topic (nor in replace mode neither in merge mode).
