go back to the question and read it carefully find that …. we need add new DC to Existing forest so the DNS must be installed when install first DC so we not need to install DNS , the question need to do these configurations (GC , AD FS , AD CS , Schema master ) , the question need to do option from Active Directory Domain Services Configuration Wizard not from power Shell ………. so the only option can do from Wizard is make DC is Global Catalog “GC”
