    The supplied explanation isn’t too great.

    ‘Guest integration services’ syncs time, in addition to other things, from the hyperv host to the guest vms. So if DC1, the guest VM, has time configured correctly then the sync from integration services must be causing DC1 to change and thus is the source of your time problems.
