If I understand it right:
First part, Server4 memberstatus is disabled, so it will not have the file replicated there. Whereas Server3 is not; so Server2 and Server3 will have the file present.
If you look at “On Server2, if you copy a file to C:Folder1, the file will be present on….” There is no Folder1 that is under ‘Localpath’, so it is only Server2 that has this folder, hence the answer ‘Server2 only’.

If i understand it correctly. FolderA is shared and replicated between members of Group1. Exhibit shows that Servers 2 and 3 are enabled, Server 4 is shown as disabled. So if you copy a file to the FolderA it should be visible only to Server 2 and 3, since 4 is disabled.
Folder1 is not shared and replicated between the group, so I guess a file that is copied to it should only be visible to Server2.
If I am wrong please correct me.

Explanation:
If you notice that folder1 is just a folder in the namespace and it seems it does not have any targets because it does not have the plus/minus sign to expand it. Plus, there is no replication for folder1 as well.
Therefore anything you keep in c:\folder1 will only be present to server2.
