   Easy way to remember this is that

   T568A – has stripped Green/white/orange color follows next
   T568B – has stripped Orange/green color follow next

   4&5 do not change ever. <== hope that makes sense, but that is only way I could remember this shit, which we will never use in the real world, as this is taken care of by the infrastructure team, when they building and running the cables.
