First of all you didn’t even say what type of printer I am dealing with! You say constant paper jams. That can occur on any of the printers mentioned. It could be a laser printer or an inkjet printer or an impact printer. The paper jam problem can occur in more than one way so this is an ambiguous question. One way would be to replace the paper stock. but that is not necessarily the only thing to do first. It depends on what printer you are referring to!

Yip! you read my mind. I was looking for the model, so I assumed it was a laser right off the bat. But since no printers were mentioned, I guess we need to think out of the box and choose the one that makes more sense, since no models were mentioned. I heard the test, will not be as tricky as this. But who knows…lol
