The answers seems invalid.
As EIGRP Process needs to be the same for routes to be exchanged E seems valid.
As the NHRP network ID is local significant (as is VRF), A is not a valid answer.
To what I see, B,C,E would be the correct 3 answers.

You are assuming EIGRP. If another routing protocol is used, then EIGRP process name is not a “must”
I think a trick question, to get you to over think. I would stick with A,B,C if you get it in the exam.
