Well the router only has 2 subnets, one for serial LINK with /30 and one /24 for LAN. So it must be a remote site, because it’s a small network. A Core router will have routes for all under subnetworks. HQ will have much more subnets. A central site will also have more than one subnet for sure.

What Fox says seems correct, it only has one LAN attached (stub network).
For a central or HQ site, the routing table would be too small.

The router is a stub router, meaning that it is connected to only one other router and the router is configured with a static route which is the gateway of last resort via the serial interface back to a core/main router.

I guess you can say stub as dead end, it only sends route updated to one side.
