The answer is D. If you want to “view” the workflow, you would click on the schema so you can see the workflow schema. When in edit mode on the schema there is a validate button at the top of the canvas. You can click Validate and then go fix the errors in the workflow.
It can’t be C. There is no Workflow tab in the workflow editor. There is a Workflow Tokens tab, but that is useless in this regards.
The available tabs are: General, inputs, outputs, schema, presentation, parameters references, workflow tokens, events and permissions. It can not be A, B, or C because those are not available tabs. The only tab mentioned that is real is option D, schema.
Also, in the reference document, step one says “Click the workflows view”. View. Not tab. Down at step six it says “Click the schema tab”. The answer is D
