B & D are the correct answers. Take a look here:
    https://blogs.vmware.com/management/2016/10/integrating-nsx-vrealize-automation-part.html
The process which integrates NSX with vRealize Automation (vRA) is detailed below:

First you need to install NSX plugin in vRealize Orchestrator (vRO). Both internal and external vRO is supported.
Second, you need to add the NSX manager as an endpoint in vRO appliance.
You need to add vRealize Orchestrator as an End Point in vRealize Automation and run a discovery of resources.
Now all the NSX information will be available in vRealize Automation to be consumed by the blueprints.

If we are talking vRA 7.3, the correct answers should be C and D.

Beginning in vRealize Automation 7.3, you no longer need to install the NSX plug-in to obtain integrated
NSX functionality. All integrated NSX functionality is now sourced directly from the NSX APIs, rather than
from the NSX plug-in. However, if you want to use XaaS to extend your vRealize Automation and NSX
integration, you must install the NSX plug-in in vRealize Orchestrator as described here.
If you are using an embedded vRealize Orchestrator that already contains an installed NSX plug-in, you
    can skip this procedure.
