Answer is C, for non blocking events, the master workflow will continue to run even if the orchestrator workflow is succeed or failed. Use cases can be event logging or publishing configuration change

I think this is a badly worded question, as both C & D could be the correct answer.

If a Workflow fails:
– vRA requests for Subscriptions with blocking enabled will fail.
– vRA requests for Subscriptions with blocking NOT enabled will succeed.
I believe “stay in progress” here means “stack in state “in progress”, not “continue to run”.
Correct answer should be D
