B C D. Custom branding (option A) is an optional step that is performed after the tenant is built. Steps are: Admin tab -> Tenants. +New. On the General tab: *Name, Description, *URL, and contact Email. On the Local Users tab: add the tenant users. Administration tab: Add tenant administrators and Iaas Administrator.
Sooo… B is the Local Users tab. C is the General Tab. And D is the Administrators tab.
Note: You do specify a contact email, but you do not configure tenant email servers.
