The Outlook Connectivity only tests MAPI & RPC over HTTP connectivity, which are used by the Windows Outlook clients, so ignore.

All Macs I’ve setup have always used EWS to connect to Exchange. I have never seen MAPI for Mac.

Entourage 2008 for Mac supports WebDAV, POP and IMAP
Entourage 2008 Web Service Edition adds support for EWS.
But in question its “Entourage 2008 for Mac” so you dont have EWS support.

Entourage without EWS wont connect to any version of exchange later than E12 I believe.
