According to the site http://o365info.com/microsoft-remote-connectivity-analyzer-exrca-autodiscover-troubleshooting-tools-part-2-of-4-part-22-of-36/, the Outlook Connectivity is a “combined” test that includes the Autodiscover remote connectivity test and the RPC\HTTPS remote connectivity test. So I suppose that the correct answer should be “Outlook Connectivity Test” for both scenarios.

I’ll go with Microsoft Exchange Web Services Connectivity Test for both.
In the https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ web page you have this test for both O365 and Exchange Server and this includes the availability test.

My understanding is that the Outlook Connectivity test tests that you can connect. The Microsoft Exchange Web Services Connectivity test also checks functionality like availability etc. So I will be going with the latter for both.
